The fastest “All-in-one” solution
The Z20T adds one more twist to our fabulous ZT10 and ZT20 integrated card personalization systems. With a second embossing unit, Matica pushes the speed limit by being able to produce 900 cards per hour. With all of the features you need, including smart card personalization, magnetic stripe encoding, printing and indenting, the Z20T is a complete system for card personalization requirements.
THE “ALL-IN-ONE” SOLUTION FOR MID-VOLUME CARD ISSUERS
Model Z20T is part of a new generation of card issuance systems specifically designed for cost-conscious service bureaus, card manufacturers or financial institutions for mid-volume centralised card issuance operations. Combining all the credit card technology in a single system (encoding, embossing, indenting, printing photos or logos and chip personalization), Z20T is the most versatile product today available in the market. This highly productive system features the reliability, flexibility, simplicity and rugged construction that have made Matica a highly qualified supplier to some of the largest card issuers world-wide.
UP TO 900 CARDS PER HOUR
Through a highly effective card transportation and embossing mechanism composed of 2 embossing modules, productivity levels reach up to 900 cards/hour .
Dual-sided monochrome or full-colour printing
The Z20T integrates a professional card printer particularly designed for monochrome and full-colour printing capability and the flip-over gives the possibility to print front, reverse and dual-sided. The AdvanceClean? Card Cleaning System ensures that cards are free from dust and debris thus maximising the lifetime of the print head as well as print quality.
Magnetic stripe encoding
The Z20T integrates an ISO 7811 magnetic stripe encoder (HiCo/LoCo – 3 tracks). MiniCard? / MiniVisa? compress encoding is also available.
Single or multi-chip smart card
The Z20T can incorporate a single smart card contact or Matica’s new revolutionary Smart Card Personalization module which can simultaneously personalize up to 10 smart cards.
EMV smart card personalisation
Matica partners with some of the largest smart card industry solution providers to offer complete EMV card personalisation solutions.
RFID card
The Z20T can incorporate an RFID Mifare reader to read or personalize contact-less type of cards.
Tipper
The Z20T integrates the card tipper module for which a wide range of colours (black, gold, silver, blue, etc.) are available.
Maticard production software
The MatiCard? Windows-based Card Design software provides easy user interface between the operator and the unit.
Floor cabinet
Model Z20T is supplied as a freestanding floor unit incorporating a cabinet with storage capacity for cards and consumables as well as a support for an external monitor and keyboard.
Mailer in-line
The Z20T can be linked to the MS10 or MS20 mailing systems to provide a complete and secure full personalization process.
