Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) has long become an eye-catching new technological development. With the successful RFID implementation by Wal-mart, many believe that RFID will become popular in the future. One good example of adoption in Hong Kong is the Octopus cards. Another large RFID project within one site is the Hong Kong International Airport recently.

 

Modern logistics now require more flexible solutions that are adaptable enough to compile physical data, interact with customers and suppliers, and integrate with a company's own database. Leading global shippers are now embracing RFID technologies at the package and pallet levels to improve the dynamic management of their inventories and operations.
